During grinding and polishing working process, there are a large number of particles, sparks and powders thrown from the tangential direction of the contact point between the workpiece and the grinding wheel, meanwhile, tiny dust(airborne dust—mainly capture object) rapidly diffuses from the workpiece in an instant. Generally, after the dust enter lung, it may cause various lung diseases, some non-metallic dust such as silicon, asbestos and carbon black etc., because can’t be excreted after inhalation, which will become silicosis, asbestosis or pneumoconiosis. For example, the dust containing free silica component, when they deposits in the alveoli can cause fibrotic lesions, then harden lung tissue and lose respiratory function, forming "Silicosis".
Cleaning up the sand and shot blasting, is by compressed air to jet steel shot, steel wire section and quartz sand, or rely on the shot blaster to project the steel shot at high speed, to remove iron slag, rust dust and sludge on the surface of the metal. Because a large amount of dust generated during the operation, so we adopt a closed device to remove dust ventilatedly. This process will generate a large number of large particles, we usually adopt cyclone dust collector + efficient dust removal equipment.
