Wet Fume Extractor

During the process of polishing and grinding through connected pipes, which will generate a lot of burning smoke, dust, sparks and large metal particles, the unique design makes the large metal particles automatically fall into the ash bucket along the ash guide hopper due to its own weight; and some of the tiny dust, smoke and spark will be captured by the high-pressure airflow from the suction port, then enter the filtration system. Filtration system is two-stage filtration, spark and some small particles are blocked by the vortex pretreatment inside the host, blends dust and mist on a smaller scale; after the dust pass through the water mist, they are dissolved in the lower pool, the clean air passes through the post-filter (air-liquid separation net) along with the high-pressure airflow, and is discharged from the fan after being filtered by a high-efficiency or optional filter cartridge.
