During the purification system working, the dust enter the purification system through suction pipeline, the filter cartridge of the air inlet inside the purification system adopts stainless steel mesh sintered PTFE membrane filter material, which can intercept the large particles spark and flammable substances timely, which greatly improve the service life of the filter cartridge. Intercept and buffer the large particle dust that moves and splashes quickly with the airflow in the pipeline, then be separated directly and fall in to the dust collection bucket below.

Fine dust will slow down immediately after entering the purification system, and disperses the airflow with deflectors, which will avoid residual sparks and airflow enter the main filter cartridge; this product adopts international advanced PTFE membrane-coated filtration technology, with a high efficiency filtration, and keep a high air flow condition, when the wind resistance reaches a certain value and affecting the suction volume, the control system automatically opens the solenoid valve in turn, through the rotor type automatic rotating dust cleaning device in the filter cartridge, perform automatic blowback cleaning, which makes the dust removal on the surface of the filter cartridge more thorough and clean, always keep the dust collector with a constant suction volume. After the blowback cleaning, the dust fall into the dust collection bucket automatically.
